West Coast Wheel Factory, Inc. Return Policy :

Non-special ordered wheels: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and cancellation fee plus all shipping & handling charges. Only new (non used, in original box) merchandise is returnable. Mounted wheels are absolutely not returnable as they are considered used.

Special Ordered Wheels: Because our wheels are custom built specifically for your vehicle; all sales are final, and no exceptions. When returning wheels, an RGA (return goods authorization form) must be issued by West Coast Wheel Factory Returns Department. If an RGA is not issued, the package(s) will be refused and returned to the customer. West Coast Wheel Factory reserves the right to make changes to pricing, part numbers and styles without prior written notice. Shortages & damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
